All bookings require a deposit to secure your wedding date. The deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel the service. Final payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund minus the booking deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the service date forfeit the entire payment unless the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dream Wedding Experts Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

6. Privacy and Photography

We may take photographs of our work for promotional purposes. By using our services, you consent to the use of your images in our marketing materials unless you specifically opt out in writing.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
